  • After having placed an order on our website, you get a confirmation e-mail. Following a link in the email, you get to our online-tracker where you can follow the current status of your order. It may be the approval status, dispatch status, and the location of your package in the process of delivery. The latter is available only for the customers who have chosen Trackable Courier Service for shipment.

  • My order hasn’t arrived yet but it has a “delivered” status. What’s the matter?
  • If your order status is “delivered”, but you haven’t received your parcel, please check if your courier has posted a delivery note. There you’ll find the instructions for reshipment arrangement. Inform the delivery service you used about your package being lost and get a confirmation. Next, contact our customer support service to get your order reshipped. You won’t be charged any additional fees as every package we send is covered by insurance.

  • Should I be at home when my order arrives?
  • Yes, you have to be at home. The bulk of the packages dispatched demand the recipient to sign for the delivery. So if you plan to be away from home, it is best to contact the couriers ahead to make additional arrangements. But if you are not at home at the time of the delivery, the courier may contact you or leave a card offering the options for you to receive your package. In case they are unable to contact you, the parcel may be returned back to the sender. If this is the case, you’ll be notified about the variants of returning the parcel, yet additional charges may be incurred.

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
  • It usually takes between one and three business days for your order to be shipped. It mainly depends on the time you’ve placed an order. The products purchased before 9 a.m. are processed and sent on the same or the following day. If you order drugs after 9 a.m., it may take up to three business days to ship the package. The time of the shipping depends on the delivery service you’ve chosen and may take from 5 to 30 days.

  • Every order is sent in a non-transparent package. It is done to protect the confidentiality and the privacy of our customers. No name of the product delivered is mentioned on the package. The laws of some countries require certain statements or certifications to be attached to the package in which the medicinal product is delivered.

  • What is the price you charge for shipping?
  • The cost of shipping depends on several factors: the distance to which the package should be delivered, the weight of the parcel, and the method of shipment you have chosen. You can calculate the price of your order delivery by contacting our delivery service or by adding the needed medication to the cart and proceeding to the checkout. We offer two delivery services so, you are free to choose the one that fits your needs.
